A £100 Drive It quote costs the customer £118 with the booking fee of 15% + VAT (minimum £15 + VAT, no cap) and tracking included. A free driver quoting £75 costs £135 when the customer adds £42 tracking and full POD.
In that example, the Drive It courier receives £25 more while the customer pays £17 less for the comparable tracked service.

The quote screen tells the customer whether tracking is included or costs an additional £42. Basic bookings do not include the tracked/POD service.
How Drive It can make the better quote
The courier keeps the entire transport quote. Deliverate’s customer charges sit on top and are shown before booking.
