Keep the collection commitment
Agree the collection window and record collection against the booking.
DELIVERATE HANDLED · PROPOSED SERVICE STANDARDS
Clear commitments for our couriers. Clear updates for our customers.
For the managed service, the proposed deadline starts from booking confirmation. Day one is the next working day. Weekends and applicable UK bank holidays are excluded; the actual deadline will be shown before payment.
Managed bookings and enforcement are being prepared. These standards describe the service being built; they are not a live booking confirmation.
Agree the collection window and record collection against the booking.
Report progress each working day while responsible for an active delivery.
Complete delivery by the booking’s confirmed 10-working-day deadline.
Record proof of delivery on the delivery day, with the required evidence.
Raise delays, damage or access problems as soon as known so the team can act.
ACCOUNTABILITY IS PART OF THE SERVICE
Each confirmed service failure is recorded with the booking, evidence and review outcome. Duplicate reports of the same incident count once.
On the third confirmed failure, new work is suspended for 30 days. Existing deliveries remain visible to the operations team so they can be completed or reassigned.
The passage of time alone does not restore access.
