How Deliverate can help

- Review the transport price, separate fuel surcharge and £42 Deliverate fee before committing.
- Agree the collection with the awarded courier and keep the return delivery evidence.
The transport contract is between the customer and the awarded courier. Deliverate, operated by The Home Delivery Guys Ltd, arranges the introduction. The retailer decides return eligibility and refunds.
One price per item type
A bath uses the same shared bath rate whichever supplier it is going back to. You do not need a separate product-range or retailer price. Rates still apply only within the published packed-size, weight and route limits.
