How Deliverate can help

The transport contract is between the customer and the awarded courier. Deliverate, operated by The Home Delivery Guys Ltd, arranges the introduction. The retailer decides return eligibility and refunds.
One price per item type
A bath uses the same shared bath rate whichever supplier it is going back to. You do not need a separate product-range or retailer price. Rates still apply only within the published packed-size, weight and route limits.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, ask the retailer how it will resolve the issue before purchasing separate transport.
