Independent return transport

Returning to Tradeplumbing?

A large return can mean more than printing a label. You may need to protect heavy or fragile goods, arrange a suitable vehicle and meet a warehouse receiving deadline. Deliverate helps you find a courier for the authorised return.

What Tradeplumbing asks you to arrange

Terms require customer to arrange safe return carriage at own expense, but later clauses also refer to retailer-authorised collection of unwanted goods.

How Deliverate can help

  1. Get the supplier’s approval, return reference, receiving address and deadline.
  2. Choose your basic item type and check its packed dimensions, weight and route.
  3. Review the transport price, separate fuel surcharge and £42 Deliverate fee before committing.
  4. Agree the collection with the awarded courier and keep the return delivery evidence.

The transport contract is between the customer and the awarded courier. Deliverate, operated by The Home Delivery Guys Ltd, arranges the introduction. The retailer decides return eligibility and refunds.

One price per item type

A bath uses the same shared bath rate whichever supplier it is going back to. You do not need a separate product-range or retailer price. Rates still apply only within the published packed-size, weight and route limits.

Plan a return to Tradeplumbing

Before paying for a return

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, ask the retailer how it will resolve the issue before purchasing separate transport. Protect original packaging and check exclusions for fitted, assembled, personalised or made-to-order goods. Do not send a return to a showroom or head office unless authorised.

Deliverate is independent of Tradeplumbing. Listing the supplier does not imply a partnership or guarantee a refund. Browse all item types · See the fuel calculation.
