Drive it

Membership terms & conditions

Effective 14 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-16-drive-it-79. Drive it membership is supplied by Nexus Delivery Team Limited. These terms cover the driver software and network membership.

1. Joining and your subscription

There is no separate joining fee. Membership costs £79 including VAT per month: £49.17 membership plus £9.83 VAT, £79 total. It renews monthly using the payment method you register. Review the amount and billing details in checkout before subscribing.

2. The first 50 driver trial

The first 50 eligible commercial driver registrations receive a three-month free trial, lasting 90 days from subscription activation. Eligibility is confirmed during onboarding. Each eligible driver receives one trial; permanent test accounts do not consume commercial trial places.

A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at £79 including VAT per month. Any longer trial already confirmed for an existing subscriber keeps its original end date. Network fees and Google Maps charges are separate and can apply during the trial.

3. What membership includes

Access to eligible driver-network work, your own order records, route planning, delivery progress tracking and proof of delivery for all orders you input into Drive it. Add collection and delivery details, update progress as you work and record recipient details, photographs and signatures against the delivery.

Tracking depends on the updates you record and, where you enable it, device location permissions and connectivity. You are responsible for recording accurate delivery evidence. Membership does not guarantee job volumes, earnings or allocation of any particular delivery.

4. Separate charges and transport payment

Posting your own job to the driver network is free. The posting driver pays a £42 including VAT digital job success fee when another driver accepts the fixed price or a quote is awarded. The allocation unlocks after the fee clears. The drivers agree transport payment directly; it is separate from the Nexus success fee.

You connect your own Google Maps account during onboarding. Google bills its usage separately. For Nexus or managed Deliverate work, review the offered driver payment, requirements and applicable booking terms before accepting. The customer’s booking price is not your driver payout.

5. Driver checks and delivery responsibilities

Keep a current driving licence, Hire & Reward/commercial motor insurance and Goods in Transit insurance on your account. Upload replacements before expiry. Missing or expired required documents can suspend operational access without automatically pausing subscription billing.

Accept only work you can complete safely with the appropriate vehicle and equipment. Meet the agreed collection and delivery commitments, keep progress current, report exceptions promptly and complete POD. Do not abandon accepted work if your membership changes; contact operations to arrange completion or reassignment.

6. Customer data

Only enter orders and customer information you are authorised to use. Use customer contact, location and delivery information for the agreed delivery. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share private customer details in public listings.

7. Cancellation, payment problems and support

To cancel, contact Nexus support from your registered account and request Drive it subscription cancellation before your next billing date, or before the trial ends. Ask for confirmation of the effective date. Cancelling or failing to pay does not remove delivery commitments or fees already incurred.

New-work access depends on your account, subscription, compliance and job eligibility. If access is restricted, contact support to resolve the cause and coordinate any outstanding deliveries.
